Programme of Cities on Volcanoes 7: 2012
 
 

Each Symposium will have an academic programme with oral presentations and posters divided into several sessions. Also there will be sessions for non-specialists, Protection Civil workers etc. During these sessions, all speakers (scientific and non-scientific) will be invited to present a short talk related to the following questions or topics, using simple language (Spanish or English) aimed at the non-scientific public. Several open-sessions with questions from the public and answers will be included.

  • Symposium 3: Volcanic Risk Reduction in Developing Countries  
  • Symposium 4: Volcanoes, Society and Government
