Instructions for abstract submission

Abstracts will be submitted during the registration process. We will not accept abstracts prior to registering. After registration you will receive a unique Participant Number. This can be subsequently used to login to the system, whereby you may edit the abstract up until the closing date. After the closing date no edits to abstracts will be permitted.

Number of abstracts

Each participant registering may submit up to two abstracts with a maximum of one to be presented as an oral presentation. In other words, if someone wishes to present two different abstracts, they need to choose just one as an oral and the other will be a poster. Two poster presentations would also be an option.

Abstract text

You will submit your abstract during registration. The text can be entered directly or cut and paste from a word processor. The word limit is 300 words. Please do not include references. You cannot include tables or figures. The text will be formatted by the system and a pdf created. Further help can be found on the relevant page during registration.
